What’s Up at Walla: Give Your Clients a Warm Welcome By Instantly Seeing Who Is New

The Walla team released a few new features to enhance how you engage with clients while making your software experience even more intuitive!

Know exactly who is new to your studio 

See who is a new or first-timer to a class or appointment at your studio directly from the check-in screen with updated icons denoting that status. The best part? Your staff will immediately know the best way to engage—and if they need to take additional time to show them around the studio or modify/explain the class structure. And don’t forget: Our last release lets you see if a client has an account balance on the check-in screen, too! An all-encompassing client view! 

 

Showing some Lagree love

We’ve added a primary category you’ve asked for (and we are sure you’ve already guessed it). Lagree! Now you can get more granular with categorizing your studio experiences so your students know what to expect!

A few other feature updates that made it into this release: 

  • Customize your permissions for your studio video on demand (VOD) settings 
  • First and last names will now show up in separate columns when you do your CSV exports
