What’s Up at Walla: Use AI to Keep Your Clients Engaged

From tapping into AI (artificial intelligence) to make your studio emails more powerful while saving you time to a new appointment category and email marketing and SMS settings, Walla is working to make your software experience even easier and even more exceptional!

AI Text Generator: Save time with automated, perfectly branded content 

Within the Marketing Suite, you can now use our built-in AI Text Generator to create emails! Choose your description, length, and desired tone, and our generator will create different versions of the content for you to choose from that fit your brand and messaging. Plug it into your emails and press send. It’s that easy! 


Email Marketing and SMS default settings: Stay in client communication control  

Now you can select to have your marketing email opt-in and SMS transaction/marketing opt-in checkboxes defaulted to ON/OFF. Simplifying studio client communication. All clients will see the marketing and SMS opt-in checkboxes checked when creating an account if set to ON. Please note that this setting will default to OFF but can be changed under the Business Settings in your Walla software. 

A few other features for this release: 

  • Send client password reset link via the Client Profile
  • Fitness is a primary category under appointments 
  • Client email in their profile is now clickable and linkable, so you can instantly open with your email browser or copy it to your clipboard
  • Access to Plan Usage tab from the Bookings tab (the plan used under the Client Profile Bookings tab is now linked to the Plan Usage tab)
  • Usage-based plan cards will now show how many passes remain versus “out” to eliminate confusion
