The Walla software feature and product updates for mid-April are setting you up for client and lead communication success.
At Walla, we continually optimize your studio management experience so you and your staff can save time—and be more strategic with how (and when) you engage with your studio community. And in our latest release, we’ve merged clarity with consolidation to help you be more strategic with your sales, communication, and marketing tactics.
The Contacts section under Walla’s main navigation has been updated to simplify how you sort and view everyone who enters your studio. You and your staff can see all contacts at your studio (including leads), and the section features updated filters that enable you to narrow down who you are viewing, including members only, retail only and guest only. Moving the lead tab empowers you to communicate with them based on their lead type, increasing engagement and taking action through targeted marketing automations.
The appointment widget experience just got better! Now when clients choose an appointment type, they will see the sessions offered by alphabetical order, duration (shortest to longest time), and price (lowest to highest). A more organized appointment layout helps your clients find what they want to book faster and allows them to find and choose what works best for their goals, budget, and schedule.
