Sales analysis and inventory management reporting
The Retail Report is your source for accurate data, enabling your studio to analyze retail sales and inventory. Its goal is to give you insights into inventory management. You can easily access information on retail purchasing and performance, aiding you with decision-making on product assortment and stocking (and restocking) strategies.
Featuring customizable features based on time frame, studio location, and retail categories, Walla’s Retail Report allows you to instantly view sales, profits, and tax totals for the products your studio sells at specific locations (if applicable). The Retail Report also has a breakdown of key retail metrics, including quantity, category, size, sales, discounts, tax, returns, net sales, profit, and total sales. That means everything is visible to you and your staff! You can download the report as a CSV file, too, for an even more detailed look into individual sales.
Your activity log for your studio’s inventory management system
Whether selling water bottles, branded merch, amethyst, yoga mats, stickers, Lululemon leggings, or Vuori hoodies, Walla simplifies the entering, tracking, and managing of your studio retail products (big or small!). Under the Products Page in Walla, you can edit, duplicate, archive, and delete products. And that includes photos. The details in this section show not only the items, category, color, and size but also what’s currently on hand and the status of specific retail items.
Walla also makes it easy to update, manage tax rates, and add a new product from this section, along with the specific product attributes and a barcode for instant retail identification. Under Client Visibility and Tracking, you can immediately start selling an item and choose to track inventory (see more below) for what you are selling, ensuring you don’t have too much or too little of something at your studio or a studio location.
Modify quantities and transfer inventory between locations
Quickly manage inventory levels of any products, move items, and set unique prices at specific studio locations with Walla’s inventory management capabilities and functionality. When you select Manage Inventory in your software, you can adjust the location of the products your fitness business is offering. And by turning retail items on and off at individual locations, you have total control of what is visible where, confidently knowing you and your staff members have the right items at the right place—and are selling those items at the right price depending on availability and the studio location. Hello, buying behavior and supply and demand!
In Walla, the Location Inventory & Settings tab will show all of your studio’s locations, enabling the studio to choose which locations a product will be sold at. From this view, your studio can adjust the inventory and view details like the quantity available, cost, price, vendor—and whether it is taxable. When adding a new product, if you select the Track Inventory checkbox, that item will surface in a new tab at the top of the product details screen. The Activity log will also showcase a clear and concise record of inventory movement so you never have to worry about where a product is!
